Mr. David Mutesasira is a a seasoned mult-skilled Human Resource Specialist with invaluable experience Organization Development, Change Management, Performance Management and HR leadership.

A Self driven enthusiastic leader who has served in both local and International organizations utilizing best practices across the industry with passion for building engaged, diverse, and inclusive teams across all levels of leadership.

With 12 years of experience in Human Resources best practice and passion for fostering the potential in others, David is a trusted advisor to assigned leaders who ensures that organizations deliver value-added services that reflect business objectives.

Prior to joining MJAP, Mr. Mutesasira was a Principal Consultant at Vision Consultants (U) Ltd having worked previously as the Country Human Resource Manager Food for the Hungry, Inc. A chartered Human Resource Analyst and a Fellow of the American Association of Project Managers (FAAPM), He holds a Bachelors in Human Resource Management (Makerere University) a Master’s in Business Administration (Bugema University, East Africa) and Diploma in Education (Kyambogo University).

He is a member of the Human Resource Managers Association of Uganda (HRMAU) and a pioneer Executive Committee member of the INGO HR Network- Uganda. He has served on several Boards and previously and Consulted for private, local entities & INGO’s.
